Child worried about being sick

DD3 had a tummy bug and a few episodes of vomiting over a week or so. She’s not been sick for 2 weeks but every few days (only at home where she was sick) she’s got panicked either at dinner time (all3 times she was sick were when confronted with dinner) or today it was after while doing a poo, that she’s going to get sick. I’ve calmly explained that we’re all sick sometimes and it’s our bodies way of getting rid of things etc. but I’m worried she’s developing emetophobia. I have it a bit but was fine when she was ill and am careful never to bring it up or focus too much on it when she brings it up.

had anyone else’s child become a bit worried about it after being ill and gone on to forget all about it? Any advice?
