Baby feeding issues

Baby is 5 months old and since she was 2.5 months she had serious issues with the bottle and declined intake, arching at the bottle. She used to drink her bottle, burp in between and finish it. One day, she started arching in pain and preferred feeding in her bouncer. We had weeks of her crying at the bottle but she was still finishing bottles with a battle. Now, she doesn’t seem to be in pain but her intake is super low and she only drinks like 2 oz of her 5 oz bottles and often won’t re-engage with the bottle. Often she is passing gas during her feeds or just seems uncomfortable. She is on hardcore reflux medication and it doesn’t seem to be working. She has no blood in stool or other signs of CMPA. We’ve also tried different bottles and flows and the same issues happen. I’m literally going crazy, has anyone had this experience?

Any vomiting or mucus/shiny poo?

No vomiting at all and doctors have seen her poop and said it’s fine.

Perhaps try feeding her little and often if she won’t take more than 2oz.
But I have to point out that if she was BF, you’d have no idea how much milk she was taking.
is she losing weight?
