Toddler doesn't drink

Or eat.... but my main concern is the lack of drinks! In 30 degrees and she still barely drinks. She has about 2 wet nappies in 24 hours , sometimes 3, her wee is always dark and the wee is minimal. I've not taken her to the drs because she's well in herself and this has been an ongoing issue for a while now.
im at my wits end with it. She just doesn't drink and only has sips at a time. She used to eat fruit that contains water at least but now she barely eats a morsel. She's 18 months... doesn't like cows milk. She's breast fed but only before bed so it's hardly anything.
things I've tried
different cups
straws
open cups
squash
juice
water
milk
milk Shake
smoothies
ice lollies.
fruit and veg with water in
yoghurt
fruit pouches
no pressure on her and just leave the drink around for her to pick up. She just won't drink , she has about 2 sips and pushes the drink away. I'm just at a loss. She's my second child and my first was also a very poor drinker but drinks better now.
it might be worth noting that she's completely healthy and a good weight (about 75th centile) and is meeting milestones etc etc. do I just let her get on with it and not stress ?

One of mine was like this. We use to play games and have competitions to get her to drink there are a few games ideas online but what worked best for us was playing tea parties. I use to fill a toy teapot with water and pour it into these tiny little toy teacups and we would cheers and drink them and repeat. She loved it and it got water into her

You do need to get a GP check, do that promptly.

She's had multiple blood tests as she's under paediatrician for larger than normal soft spot. And her bloods are always fine and they said it's just a normal variant. She's full of energy etc and honestly fine. Some days drinks a bit more than others.
what do you think the GP would do?
