My DS father doesn’t see him, long story short, he’s an extremely abusive man.
he sends maintenance here and there of around £70 per month there or there abouts, and that’s when he fees like it. He uses this money to penalise me for example, he won’t send it on Fridays like he used to as I believe he thinks I am going out drinking and partying which I haven’t done since before my child was born! Anyway, I need structure. I am applying via CMS but he tells them he is earning minimum wage. The latest letter I got from them, from an old case was he was on benefits. He is not. He is be very much working as I know the company that he works for. What can I do? Nothing? I have been told my hands are tied.

If he’s working for a company then he wk be PAYE and HMRC would have access to this data and know exactly what he was earning?

If he’s self employed then you’re going to struggle OP, he will just be reporting his earnings as min wage. You can report it and it should be looked into but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
