He uses this money to penalise me for example, he won’t send it on Fridays like he used to as I believe he thinks I am going out drinking and partying which I haven’t done since before my child was born! Anyway, I need structure. I am applying via CMS but he tells them he is earning minimum wage. The latest letter I got from them, from an old case was he was on benefits. He is not. He is be very much working as I know the company that he works for. What can I do? Nothing? I have been told my hands are tied.
