Advice from anyone who has gone through this?
I have returned to Scotland from England with my baby. Baby was born in scotland and lived here for a few months before we moved back to England with her dad. Upon separation, we lived in England for around 6 months before returning back. It’s been 6 months now. I have a professional job and I have purchased a property. I have commenced criminal proceedings against her dad and he has been charged with a DASA. What are the chances an English court would order our return if he applied? He has been having regular supervised contact with her whilst under strict bail conditions. He has been harassing my family and I have evidence of this also but have not submitted this to the police for fear he turns to litigation. Has anyone gone through anything remotely similar? Any advice? There are not many good published court rulings online. Please be kind :)
