3 year old regression?

My son was 3 in April. I had my second son a few weeks after his birthday. At this point, my 3 year old had been potty trained for about 6 months with no problems. He is a chatterbox with great vocab for a 3 year old.
He seemed fine adjusting to our second being born, doesn't seem to get jealous etc and is sweet with him.
For the past 3 weeks, he started to wet himself more often, it's now almost constant. Today he pooped himself at nursery (goes 2.5 days a week). He then got home and did it again.
The past two weeks he has also been copying a non verbal autistic boy at his nursery which we've discussed with the nursery, copying his gestures and the groaning noises he makes. They say he loves to play with him. He's often choosing to not use his words at home and is pulling faces / doing gestures instead.
Im trying my best to make time for him, and I do think there's not much more I can do in this respect.
Im at my whits end and don't know what to do!

Any chance he’s constipated? Quite common in preschoolers, can cause both wee and poo accidents and can easily be missed if there’s an overflow situation.
