Present ideas for a two year old's September birthday

Hi everyone,

My daughter turns 2 in September and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on good presents or at least where to get them? I'm really struggling as I feel everything is either far too young for her and she'll get bored even if it's labeled to 36 months or too old and complicated for her.

Duplo? My DC are 6 and 8 and still play with theirs even though we have loads of lego as well now.

Happyland sets from ELC are fab for small-world play and suitable from 2 plus.

We got a mud kitchen and a toy car for outside (one of the little tykes one they sit in), plus play doh and lots of craft type things. Magna tiles have been a great hit with our little one too.

About a million things. Garden toys, bath toys, books, play-doh, magnet tiles, duplo, baby doll and accessories…

We got my son a balance bike when he turned two and he was riding pedals before he was 4. Some kids immediately take to a balance bike or scooter and some aren’t fussed in the slightest.

What does she like? Crayons, finger paint, felt board, bike, doll and pram, toy food, train and train tracks, instruments, a football, some new books. I think a 2 year old will be happy with most things.

Magnatiles! Sticker books. Duplo
