Achieving cot naps for a 2nd baby?

Any tips on how to achieve cot naps for a 2nd baby when I have both alone. At the moment I am mostly able to feed to sleep (while 4 year old DD1 either plays it watches TV) and then transfer to the pram and rock it a bit then she sometimes does a solid 1.5-2hr. DD2 is now outgrowing the pram basinet and doesn’t sleep as well in the pram seat (which is a bucket seat type rather than totally flat).

I think it might be worth trying to do cot naps but I can’t just go upstairs for the feed and transfer and leave DD1 alone downstairs for ages by herself. Any tips on the best way to cot naps while DD1 is home? I am not hopeful about self-settling as it never worked for DD1 and DD2 still has a bit of reflux and goes down better if already asleep.

Can you take both upstairs and bring some quietish toys/books for DD1 to play on the floor while you feed baby and get her down for a nap?
