15 month old not pulling to stand

He will stand - briefly - if we lift him to his feet and put him next to furniture etc. Then he just sits down again. He will stand in an enclosed walker, again briefly, big smiles when he does it and praise...then he stops.

He pulls himself up to his knees, but NEVER to his feet. He will "walk" on his knees using a Vtech walker but again never his feet.

He has been a little behind with most physical milestones. Didn't roll until 6 months, commando crawled at 9 months, didn't sit up unaided until around 10/11 months, crawled on all fours (like a rocket) around 13 months.

In terms of other milestones in general he's either average or a little bit behind. Gestures didn't really appear meaningfully until around 13 months, including some early ones like clapping. He still isn't pointing. But socially he seems very good, lots of smiles, plays games (he can actually initiate peekaboo), babbles (but only mama and dada in terms of vocabulary), understands a lot and responds in his own way. He eats and sleeps very well.

HV said they would revisit at 18 months but couldn't do anything until then. They generally weren't concerned because he was otherwise mobile and socially communicative.

I guess I'm looking for some reassurance in the meantime!

My first walked the night before her first birthday, my 2nd was about 17 months old. They all develop differently!
