Baby congested since birth and seeming worse at 12 weeks

Hello, my baby is 12 weeks and he has been congested since birth in the past week or so I’ve noticed it more, is this something that will go on its own or is it worth going to the GP? At his 8 week check the GP did say it was normal but just conscious it’s increased in the past week.

For such a young baby, I would make a GP appointment. You’re obviously worried.
