Nursery- am I expecting too much?

So my 12 month old first child has just started nursery and we’ve had a few issues but I’m not sure if they’re a big deal or if this is normal?
baby has been sent home twice in different nappies, 3 sizes too big, baby has been sent home without leggings on despite having spare clothes in hisbag and when having pictures taken of activities every other baby is full dressed but mine is always just in a vest (not a hot baby).
He’s listed as having her nappy changed 3x a day but that he’s constantly weed through them and had to be changed but we use the same nappies at home( I provide them) and he wears them for 11 hours at night without issue.
Also, the booking form has been lost and had to do again and people seemed to be unaware he was starting, then unaware I was doing early drop off.
I’m not sure if I’m just expecting too much or not. I am told baby is happy and settled and that’s the main thing.
TIA

That's very neglectful, I would not be happy with that. At all.

I would change nursery. You'd just be banging your head against the wall if they're this useless

Disgraceful. I wouldn't be keeping my child there for a day longer than necessary

I'd want the deposit back and notice waived on the basis they have broken the contract by failing to provide safe and adequate care.

The fact is their "lie" of 3 x per day is still too infrequent imo.

It's not for everyone but I would go and see a few childminders (i was set on nursery but preferred a CM in the end)

Ask them to step up or change nursery.
