Hello , I’ve recently moved out of county with my children , their dad has PR but maybe sees them 2-3 times a year , so not regular contact (his own choice ) , I messaged him a few months ago to say I was going to move which he replied probably for the best and then said him and his partner would pop over he never popped over . So I moved informed the school and informed the LA as my children have ehcps , the school has now contacted my ex to ask if he is aware I pulled them out of school , he replied that’s news to me , I had previously sent him school options around the local area , my ex has never been kind to me he called me up swearing calling me names being abusive like normal and now I’m not sure if I was meant to get it in writing that he will allow us to move . can anyone help .
