Feeding advice needed

Feeding advice needed please 🙏🏻
My 5 week old has started to struggle with feeding.
He becomes very squirmy whist on the bottle then after a while starts to cry (even after burping). It takes a long time to get a full feed in to him as after each portion he has he cries and then often falls asleep then wakes up again for another go.
He does sometimes cough and often has hiccups.
He burps well so I don’t think it’s trapped wind. He doesn’t vomit much at all either and is gaining weight well.
We’ve already tried changing his formula once (Kendamil to Hipp) which hasn’t helped.
Can anyone suggest what might be the matter? Thanks

What speed teat are you using?
Might he need a faster one?
How much and how often are you offering a feed?

We are using a tommee tippee no 1 teat and he has between 90 & 120ml every 3/4 hours roughly.

Sounds about like my reflux dc. Are the my sick? Could be ‘silent’ reflux

Are you pacing feeds and feeding responsively rather than on a schedule? Does he dribble milk from the corners of his mouth when he feeds?
