Incident at nursery!

There has been 2 incidents at my daughters nursery today (4) both involving one girl who I thought she was friends with (I'm aware these can change like).
so the other girl pushed my daughter off a climbing frame so she's got blood scratches on her face from where she's fallen (I feel like nursery have dealt with this appropriately). But they've also told me this girl has also put a button down my daughters knickers also today which they did also mention.
bit of a fluster at pickup as there's other people around and my daughter talking in my ear too so I didn't really take in fully what was said until bedtime and we were having a chat about it. My daughter showed me where exactly this button was (right at the bottom) and this girl put it there, no arguments ect for either of these incidents to happen from anything that was said to me both from her and nursery.
Is there anything I should be asking/discussing with nursery, I feel more bothered about the button incident than I do the push off the climbing frame but we only got an incident form for that one

I'd ask the nursery staff to have the 'pants are private' talk with all of the children. I'm a nursery teacher and kids do random things. Might be something or might be nothing.
