Toddler with sensitive skin and red/blotchiness

I’m just wondering if anyone else here has a toddler with sensitive/pale skin who randomly gets redness and blotchiness on their face from time to time?

My daughter is 2.5 and has eczema and food allergies so I am on high alert, but sometimes she just gets red or blotchy and I can’t figure out why. It is only just in random patches and isn’t raised or itchy (so not hives) and disappears within 5/10 minutes. Sometimes it is after food but not always and not the same foods. Anyone else have this? Did it get better with time?

Yes my DD used to have this, random patches on her arms especially

The warm weather/ pollen didn't help!

She also has eczema.

We tried to manage it by applying creams etc and covering her arms up when outdoors

Thank you! We had it again this morning pulling tight pyjamas over her head - it seems to be worse on certain days.

how old was your DD when it started to get better?
