Refluxy 2 month old coughing when feeding

My 2 month old is breastfed and started with refluxy type symptoms at 3-4 weeks old. He can be pretty sick, fussy, sneezes/hiccups etc.

He also started at around 4 weeks coughing/gagging/choking at almost every feed and it was so dramatic and pretty scary, he’d cough and cough, cry, and then gag and make all sorts of scary sounds. He’d do this most feeds 1-3 times. Spoke to multiple breastfeeding support people and a GP who all said it’s fine, GP said chest was clear.

He’s now 9 weeks old and it’s definitely decreased in dramatics, but he still coughs and splutters in around half of his feeds, some days it’s worse than others. It’s also worse if he’s fussy/distracted (if he’s trying to poo it almost always happens). There’s less gagging/choking now but still coughing and sometimes spluttering.

It’s definitely got better in some ways but very much still there, his breathing and chest sound clear still to me, and he gains weight like a champ, but it’s just so stressful at times. I was hoping he’d have stopped it by now, has anyone else been through this and if so, when did it end?

Maybe it's the flow? Look up the reverse pressure technique and then feed after that and see if that helps as it's meant to slow down/push back the milk
