just some advice.
my ex partner is cross I have stopped contact between him and my children . He is abusive. He is trying everything.
he has now rung my family. I don’t know what he has said but they now won’t speak to me. They just put the phone down. They aren’t local. Yesterday I managed a few words - your mess - we don’t want any part of it.
it’s so upsetting.

I’m sorry to say , but, Your relationship with your parents can’t have been that good to begin with, if the words of an (abusive) ex are enough to make them stop contact.

its just my dad but he is very easily influenced.

The relationships board is usually very good if you’re after some advice on stopping contact and trying to recover from an abusive ex.
