Hello! Hope you can recommend a new buggy for my 1 year old?

Am already using my Bugaboo Fox (I think the Mark2 one?!) from a few years ago - was my first child’s that I’ve kept. But its SO bulky and i find it very annoying now.

What is a great buggy, less bulky, easy to use and pull down for everyday that isnt too cheap but also not too expensive and not too flimsy too? One that is great for town and could be used on the plane abroad please?

i know there are tons of options out there just good to hear what you really rate…..?

thank you!

Yoyo. Looks flimsy but is actually indestructible

Joolz Aer+ . Perfect for town, can go on the cabin in planes, easily foldable and I can carry it one-handedly upstairs 32 weeks pregnant!

Bugaboo butterfly or joolz aer

I bought an Ergobaby Metro for a travel stroller and wound up using it as my everyday one - it was a revelation after my iCandy!

I haven't tried all of them, but I wouldn't have wanted to use the Yoyo or the Joolz Aer every day.

Are you needing to keep dismantling it to put it in the car? Or just keeping it in the hallway + walking out with it?

Mountain buggy Nano Urban? Easy fold, light, carry on approved and ours has held up really to plenty of abuse over the last couple of years.
Comes with small travel wheel for when you need to pack up really small or take on a plane and bigger everyday wheels that deal well with tougher terrain

@Mulledjuice Thank you! So I really I need it to go in and out of car. My old Bugaboo Fox is HUGE and I really want something more lightweight and every day useable. Everytime I go into a shop/cafe I am constantly getting stuck in doorways recently due to its size, luckily I can laugh it off, but I'm furious inside... 😂

I have had good use out of my maxi cosi Lara 2. I bought it for a trip abroad when DS was not yet a year old and still use it regularly as a public transport pram… he’s now over 3 and has a little sister.

We have rhe dragonfly which we really like - i can lift it up a flight of stair with toddler in if required. Easy to fold + put in the boot but a good-sized basket and very comfy to push.
However it won't fit in the overhead locker on a plane, and it also sticks out a bit from luggage racks on the train.

The mountain buggy won't go on any airlines they're strict about dimensions. Most have 35 or 45cm second dimension officially, whilst the MB is 54x51, so even the yoyo doesn't always fit. We've had to hand over ours as often as not.

How about a trike? We got the doona trike around age 1 and it's been a hit. He cannot nap in it comfortably though.

Sorry, meant to say any airline that are strict, but got it wrong.
