Sons birthday coming up, he will be turning 4.

So far we have bought magnetic tiles. He doesn't have any yet. To go with it we were thinking either a toy camera (he steals my phone to use the one on there) or an ice cream parlour role play type game.

He already has a scooter, a train set and lots of cars. He hasn't to date been much into other toys. Doesn't seem that interested in Duplo or play doh for example.

Does this sound ok? Would you go for the camera, ice cream set or something else?

A toy camera or a real one? My DC had a kids camera from 4ish and love them.

Bike or balance bike? Something for the garden? Den building kit?

Kids camera. Thanks for other ideas. Think we are going to save a bike for when he turns 5 as the scooter is still quite new. But will give the others some thought.

If he likes your phone, get him a kiddizoom phone with a camera. They’re great. My kids have had them a few years. They have games on them but they can also take pics and videos that can be downloaded. DD now records her own (pretend) podcasts and reviews on them. 🤣
