Real nappy gift sets for newborns??

Can anyone help me here? I am sure that I have seen a beautiful real nappy gift set for new borns that is folded into a rose shape. I've googled it and can't find anything so I wondered if any of you guys knew where I could get such a thing. Many thanks for any ideas / tips.

I think they are called nappy cakes? Maybe Flame's Bumfluff does them ?

Nappy cakes? Odd name. Will google it. Um, the more I think if it the more the name reminds me of what DS deposits in his nappies rather than a purtty little rose....
