We have had an unsettled baby simce she was born. Seemed like reflux and we got meds for this, stopped vomiting and screaming after feeds but still v.unsettled. Then taken off meds cos seemed v.windy but still on ranitidine. Recently had a biopsy to check for reflux and allergy and results came back negative. Unfortunately is still unsettled at night and v.windy, any ideas? Has anyone had experience of gaviscon helping wind????

Sorry posted this twice sushipaws so have a look at other message. Interestingly gave her gripe water again tonight as had forgotten about this and she brought up a lot of wind before going down. Will need to guage how night goes though before making any conclusions.

Try Massage at Bedtime and after feeds, gently do a clockwise rotation of your hands, one replacing the other in a circle on their tummy.H.V taught me and it did help my Windy DD2.

Second the Gripe water, brilliant stuff, and they seem to like it too!

uHave done massage in past and sometimes made a difference but unfortunately shes not so keen to stay still for it now!!!!! Other problem we have is that she is still being fed in night so doesnt always bring up wind then!!!!! Will need to tackle that eventually, any ideas????????
