Suitable magazines for a 9 year old girl!

She does like the Beano, but there doesn't seem to be much between the babyish ones and the teenagery ones.
Any ideas?!

My DD 10, likes Girl Talk (lots of animals and HSM) and National Georgraphic Kids.

Don't know the answer to this but your post reminds me of the time I bought an edition of Just 17 when I was six because it had a poster of Jason Donavon in it.

I was a good reader so sat down and read it from cover to cover, inc all the juicy sex stuff. My dad went ballistic, needless to say.
