It looks fine. Is it sore or tender? If it's just the weeping than make a saline solution and clean it with a cotton pad. Does the weeping have any particular colour?

Both of mine looked like that, I don't think it looks infected

It looks fine! If it was really weepy and smelly I’d say call the doc but this looks normal

It looks okay to me. Mine hurt for a lot longer than it was ‘supposed’ to. Fairly painful still at that stage. I had twinges for about two years. But always get things checked out if you aren’t sure.

KeenGreenBird · 11/04/2026 19:35

It’s just like a pinky colour

Looks okay to me. I’ve had two and one never hurt and the second hurt for ages

Hi I’m a nurse. This should’ve healed by now. It’s difficult to understand your post but you’re saying it’s weepy? As in wet? If so, you need to get it checked

The area I’ve shown had a small amount of pinky fluid come off it but it’s not wet to touch

whenever mine got like that I made sure to give it lots of air (might have to lie on your back if your post section tummy hangs down- mine did/does) and then put some sudocrem on it. Cleared it right up. If it doesn’t settle down or it starts to feel hot to touch or smelly then I would see a doctor.

It looks fine for 5 weeks OP but spk to GP or HV for reassurance if you’re still worried
