Why would the hospital immediate call a sw? I would ask that tbh.

Because currently on child in need the social worker is leaving us in 2 months time as she happy with her development but the nurse said if she go to hospital for her breathing difficulties they said for safeguarding there call or make new referral to them if it happens again or any concerns in the future

Try not to worry and just be a good parent and don’t say anything silly to them and you’ll be fine
