DDs dad moving abroad- maintenance question

Hi everyone , currently navigating an issue with co-parenting with my DDs father who is moving to Cyprus next year. He has remarried and they are moving with her children in 18 months time. My daughter (14) has been told her grandad will bring her over the Cyprus twice a year, if she wants to visit. My issue is maintenance. We have court ordered access, but not court ordered child maintenance (it’s an amount agreed between us). I am aware that he can technically stop paying once he goes. Is there anything I can do to ensure my daughter still gets her maintenance? Technically he will also be having her a lot less, if at all, but as we don’t have an enforced agreement is there anything I can do?

Does court ordered access mean you don’t have the sort of relationship where you can just ask for clarity on the maintenance plan?

If really want/need to ensure maintenance then seek legal advice. As the circumstances are changing then you’d ideally get the order amended re access so it’s a good opportunity to get a new order in place covering maintenance. Cyprus is a REMO country meaning legal court orders are reciprocal / enforceable.
