Legoland for a 3 year old birthday?

Would people recommend Legoland for a 3 year old’s birthday? We would be going on a Friday during term time. He’s can sometimes get a bit scared sitting on rides, but he does like Lego. Are there free play areas there for kids his age?

100% we took our son when he was 2.5 and he absolutely loved it. Lots of age appropriate rides at that age. Its a great day out!

Legoland’s great for that age - particularly Duplo land. There’s a water bit too if it’s sunny.

I took my 4 year old recently to Legoland and was personally quite disappointed compared to Paulton's Park (with Peppe Pig World) which I took her to when she was 3 and we had so much fun!! More rides and better layout in my opinion. However, we did have to go to Legoland in school holidays, which might be a significant contributing factor is us not enjoying it as it was rammed
