Best Nappy brand

I know it's a very difficult question to answer as everyone has different views but what is the best brand to use. Are Aldi or Lidl brands worth a shot over pampers? Or even cloth worth trying? Thanks for your help.

I used cloth prefolds with wraps, really easy and saves £££ 24 nappies plus 4 wraps in each size did both kids

I honestly cant get excited over nappies, I just use whatever supermarket brand im shopping from at the time and have always found them all fine! I will use pampers at night though as they are on for longer but im not even too sure how much difference they make, its just a habbit now.

Not tried reusable but I have heard good things 😊

I used cloth full time for my youngest. It was brilliant. I had to because she has very sensitive skin and was allergic to disposables.

I used Aldi for my son as the only nappies that prevented leaks but they've been an awful fit for my daughter. I've returned to Pampers for her which have been much better although not perfect so contemplating another change but not sure which brand yet. Lidl have been absolutely awful for leaks and feel really papery compared to Aldi and Pampers.

I didn’t get on with cloth nappies. The supermarket ones are all slightly different
Lidl ones were great most of the time but I used Sainsbury’s for a while as the Elasticated backs stopped the poonami escaping and had to use pampers to one child once they were too big for Lidl nappies as they were allergic to Asda ones.

I think Kirkland (Costco) have been my favourite but we also used a lot of cloth.

I think the "best" depends on the shape of the nappy Vs the shape of the baby. A friend of mine raved about Kit and Kin and how they never ever leaked but when I borrowed one in a pinch it was wasn't the miracle she promised (and I couldn't have justified the cost of it was!) I found own-brands (e.g Aldi and Tesco) better than Pampers but nothing was bomb-proof.

But then, my son pooed through his clothes every. Single. Morning as soon as his bum hit the car seat. I instigated some basic potty training at 9mths and moved to cloth nappies and that fixed that.
