Toddler in new room

Hi all , we have moved our 3 year old into a bigger bed in another room , he goes to sleep fine however around midnight wakes crying and does not sleep he just toss and turns and cries that he wants to sleep with me and his mum , he only settles when I get in his bed , has anyone got any tips ? I am exhausted haha

What was he in before the big bed?

He was in his original cot which he had rapidly out grew he's wearing 7 year old clothing so is a big boy 🤣

When I put mine in a single bed, I put the cot next to the bed, so when they woke in the night they thought they were still in the cot.
