Back Molars coming through, any help appreciated.

My little is 2 next month and his back molars are coming through, he's usually a happy baby & he's utterly miserable.

He has thrush in his mouth , ice been given a gel to apply to it. He's drank this morning a bit of milk but he's not really eating or drinking & he usually guzzles milk. He won't even have water since late morning

Calpol & nurofen when we can. Any other tips? He's drooling so much too the wee toot.
He's winges & moans a little at night but it's not a proper cry and worried to go in as I know it will wake him & set him off even more.

Ice lollies and melon/cucumber

Aww bless him, it sounds awful! My dad has ASD and goes through stages of refusing to drink, the GP told me to fill Calpol syringes with water and give it to her this way, even a couple every hour is better than nothing. I hope he’s feeling better soon xx

That's a great idea with syringes of water. Thanks x
