Preparing for mediation with abusive ex and partner, seeking parenting agreement

Ok. So my last thread was removed. But I have decided to go through with mediation. I've had so many abusive messages from my ex and his partner in the past. So I've got all the evidence I need. Going to go to mediation and hopefully get the outcome I want. Ex is a nightmare, don't know why I had a kid with him

Yes, what a stupid question of course she wants to see me. She says she misses me all the time. But my ex is twisting things. Yes I see my daughter, once a week. But at least I see her.

It really wasn't.

Have you had any therapy after your trauma?

I haven't. I don't tend to talk about my problems to a stranger. But have spoken to family and friends

I think therapy would absolutely be beneficial and then going to court to get a proper contact order.

I really wouldn’t go to mediation with an abuser. I don’t think that’s recommended.

however, you wanting daily contact is likely to be seen as unreasonable.

can you move closer? Get a transfer from work or something?
