Just a light-hearted thread to share the nice/funny moments those of us who celebrate Mother's Day have had today. Either something done for us, or something we've done for another amazing woman.
I'll go first:
My DD, just turned 3, insisted on going with her dad to help make breakfast this morning. We all have a light breakfast in the big bed together every morning, so I thought she was going to try and bring me something for Mother's Day as she usually just stays with me while her dad pops down.
When she came back up with a bowl of sliced grapes, a bran muffin, and a yogurt, I said:
"Oh wow! Is that a lovely Mother's Day breakfast?!"
And she replied, very excited: "It is! But it's only for me!"

A few minutes later, she presented me with a lovely card and a t-shirt from the TBCo sample sale (well done to my DH!) and declared me such a lucky Mummy - I was inclined to agree! ❤️
