Bad relationship with …teenager

Our DS has gf and we trying to establish contact with the parents of gf but they do not reply to messages and to phone calls we feel DS something bad about us and it’s spoiled our relationship with gf family

Why would you need a relationship with the gf’s family? This sounds so overbearing

How old are DS and his gf?

It seems like an odd conclusion for you to jump to - that the family are ignoring you because DS has been saying bad things about you. I assume there is a back story? Do you and DS not get on?

Maybe the parents are just busy/socially awkward/don't want to make friends with their daughter's boyfriend's parents in case things don't work out/they don't want to encourage a 'serious' relationship with family involvement at their age...etc...
