15 month old tantrums

Hi all, my 15 month old girl has major tantrums for seemingly no reason at all. A lot of the time it is when she doesn't want to do something like get dressed or changed or come in from outside. I have tried distractions etc.
It is getting bad though she throws her head around and something bangs it and screams.
Anyone experienced this kind of behavior and how I can overcome it?

I found that at this age they can get frustrated sometimes as they seem to be able to understand a fair bit but can’t really communicate effectively with you about what they want.

I found that ignoring the tantrums helped my first but not my second. Distraction can help sometimes as well giving them warning that thijgs are going to change, like leaving soft play.

Do you do the toddler choice thing too where you give them the choice of two things, like “do you want the blue cup or the red cup”?
