Routine seems fine. Sleep was all over the place with mine until 16 months when he finished teething. He'd sleep well for a week or two and then another tooth came or a virus and we were back to shit sleep.

Sleep has been awful in what way? Lots of wake ups or hard to settle?

Routine looks good although I'd swap milk feed and breakfast order.

V hard to settle lately once down can sleep ok till 2am then it’s on and off every 30-45 mins till 5am when he passes out till half 7, this is the same in his cot or in our bed.

Possibly teething? Have you tried Calpol?

Babies can go through sleep regressions at various points too. The "big" one is 4 months but there can be other ones at various points as well, often connected to developmental leaps.

Around the same age our DS did go through a bit of a regression too, and it was the comforter which did the trick.

I had similar with mine at 8 months. I guessed it might be separation anxiety, like he knew when I put him in the cot in the night, but he just wanted to be near me.

My schedule was pretty much the same as yours, except it was wake up then 30 mins later was breakfast and then a bottle at 9. My ds seemed to just settle back into his normal good behaviour of sleeping through after a while! So sorry, no real advice
