Baby sleep

Good morning fellow parents,

I know every baby is different, but I’d appreciate hearing what worked for you.

My little one is 4.5 months old. He usually falls asleep (contact nap) around 8pm, then has a bottle at 10pm before bed and generally sleeps through until about 6am. After a bottle at 6am, he goes back to sleep until around 9am. During the day he has roughly three naps, typically lasting 30–45 minutes.

I’m starting to think about moving his bedtime a bit earlier and would love to know when others made that transition and how you approached it.

Thanks so much for any advice 😊

Honestly - I'd leave well alone. He's sleeping unusually well for a baby and I wouldn't do anything that might rock the boat.

I did think this too, thank you 😊
