Reflix... help?

Asking for some advice really.
My baby has reflux hes 12 weeks old and he is struggling now.
He is drinking less milk, but still being sick a lot. Im going through 4+ sleepsuits at night, 3 changes of clothes a day (and thats just if its a good day with his reflux) 3+ muslins, 2x sheets in his crib. My washing has gone from once a week for his clothes to every 4 days and now its wash a day, miss a day, wash a day..
Its becoming stressful and really exhausting to have to deal with it.. the dr keeps saying just do these tricks such as sitting up when feeding, less milk at feeds, feeding little and often, sitting up after feeds ect. I feel like ive done everything a thousand times and nothing is working. Hes waking himself up because of it now. He will wake up, smile and then throw up.. i feel so sorry for him as he is a smiley baby, but when hes sick that smile just wipes off his face completely!! On top of reflux hes now teething so his hands are always in his mouth which inevitably get sick on, sake with teething toys🙄
Im at my wits end with it.

Does anyone have any advice on how i can help my poor baby?

Do you formula feed? If so, switch to an anti-reflux formula. You might need to go up a teat size too as it's thicker.

But it was transformative for us. Your story here could have been ours except I think we let it go on for far too long (nearly 6 months) before we changed formula ourselves, after - like you - having constantly been fobbed off by the GP.

He was on cow and gate comfort colic and constipation formula due to constipation, but thats leveled itself out and hes always really struggled with reflux but like you said its just a fob off by the gp.. its just a phase they say, it will resolve soon they say... thay was 6 weeks ago..

Now its ramped up and they dont have to pay my electric and gas bill at the end of the month for all the washing and drying😠
