We have two beautiful daughters , 22, 17. They both work hard. I find myself worrying. 22 year old works for a small family business, she made a couples of friends there. 17 year old has just started an Apprenticeship. They both work hard, they're good girls but I do worry that they don't socialise.

They have a day off in the week and weekends but choose to spend it alone. 22 year old can be socially awkward and finds small chit chat awkward. She has a friend from college who I nag for her to keep in touch with ( the fear of her losing a friend)
17 year old friendship circle has got small since leaving school, she ditched one friend because it was all about her and boyfriend. Her other friend she hasn't seen for months due to said friend prioritising her boyfriend.

I worry that they are isolating themselves. I asked my older child if she gets lonely, she said sometimes but doesn't everybody. Both are uninterested boys.

Should I be worried or am I overthinking.

You don't mention if they are happy? If so I'd leave them alone
