Socatots/rugbytots

My son (just turned 2) has been going to socatots on Saturday mornings for about a year now. I originally wanted to try rugbytots but it was 2+ and at this age I know they’re very similar anyway.
However now a space has come up in rugbytots Sunday morning and I am tempted to try it. Do you think a class at 9 both days at the weekend is too much or am I overthinking it?
He enjoys socatots but doesn’t always listen and I don’t put any pressure on him, he does the activities maybe 60/70% of the time.
from what I have seen the rugbytots classes look great but I don’t want to stop soca as he enjoys going.
I don’t want to overload him but tbf he joins in when he likes anyway and classes are 30/40mins so it doesn’t disrupt the rest of the day.
he also goes to nursery 3 days a week

I think it's what you enjoy at this age. If you want to get out of the house then do it. If you find it stressful to get everyone up and out then don't bother. He won't lose out on anything at this age.
