My 5 month old has had these spots on his face for like 2 months, I've been to the drs a few times and they've given him 2 different types of creams and they even said they don't know what they are. The creams haven't cleared them up and new ones keep popping up! They are nearly covering the majority of his face. Does anyone have any idea what they could be? They are only on his face, nowhere else! I've tried to get the clearest pictures but baby kept moving haha
