Would you send them to nursery?

My 2yo was sick twice last night in the space of an hour, no signs of illness since and is fine in themselves. Its wont be 48hrs since they last vomited but I think its unlikely to be a bug, more likely to be something they ate. Would you send them to nursery tomorrow?

That's pretty conclusive, thanks! He does have an allergy and accidental exposure can result in vomiting, I guess its not worth the risk to the other kids though.
