Child’s father hasn’t send drug test result

Hi, I’m looking for some advice please. My child’s father was ordered to arrange a hair strand test and the results were required to be sent to me, the court, and Cafcass by today. The deadline for the results has now passed and he is currently about 3 hours late, with nothing sent to me, unsure about if he has sent it to caffcass and the courts. I’m not sure what usually happens in this situation. Is there normally any leeway, or does this count as non-compliance that I need to raise myself? If anyone has experience of this, I’d really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I assume you have another hearing listed which is where it will be dealt with.The hair strand test is court ordered and if he hasn't done it then it will not go down well with the judge.
