For the past two mornings DS has thrown up his morning breastfeed. Yesterday, he ate breakfast, played, ate lunch, and was alright. As the day went on he was a drowsy and cuddly but no temp. Clearly feeling a bit crap. Slept fine. I’m expecting similar today.
Poos are fine and so are we, so I very much doubt it’s noro, but I’m a bit confused as to what’s upsetting him. He’s had a low level cold, and he does have a cough that bothers him a bit at night. Postnasal drip making him sick and then queasy perhaps? With a virus I’d expect a temp too, but maybe not? It could possibly be his stomach is upset from food but my toddler has eaten the same and is fine, and his poos would change with food poisoning right? Also he can keep food down and doesn’t seem put off.
