Need help looking for summer programs for primary school aged children in London while on holiday. STEM focused would be ideal…

Sorry do you mean while you are on holiday visiting London?
There's 100s of holiday schemes that will run and they often market themselves as "STEM Camp" (or Art/Drama/Sports/whatever) but they're just daycare really for working parents.

Do you mean you’ll be on holiday visiting London and want your child to do some holiday clubs, for childcare?

If so there are hundreds if not thousands of those programmes, but London is pretty big - when my best friend and I both lived in London we were two hours apart by public transport and longer by car.

You’ll need to start with the area you’re staying in and then search for that area and keywords like stem or science.

But to be clear these are childcare, they will have some small elements of whatever the theme of the club is, but this will be more like a fun focus or activity. When my eldest did a gymnastics holiday club for example they did about an hour of using the gymnastics equipment with some help/guidance but definitely nothing like real coaching, and then spent the rest of the day playing/doing crafts/watching a Disney film, it’s not like the kind of real intensive coaching you might be used to if you’re from another country.

We are going for holiday but would like to also enroll in some classes for the kids … I was looking at American school in London and The Gower School … any experience with these institutions?

I'm not really sure that's something that exists.
There's fun educational things that happen in museums (like Wonderlab at the Science Museum).
(I can't comment on what private schools do though)

@Summerlondon how long are you going to be in London?
There's 100s of museums/art galleries/cultural places to go to.
Why would you want classes too?

One of those is in St John’s Wood and the other is Clerkenwell - they are at least 45 minutes apart by public transport and longer by car due to traffic. Maybe you haven’t chosen your accommodation yet? I don’t think most people would be looking at travelling so far for holiday clubs tbh, they will all be much of a muchness, just go for one that’s in your area.
