4 year old from what I am aware has not been to the poo since Monday at nursery. I have been given him movical 1 to 2 sacheta a day and went to the doctors and she said uo it to 4 sachets which we did since Friday and given him lactulose. When I gave him the lactulose on Friday he was sick I have given him lactulose this morning and he been sick.dont no what to do
