Do 9 week olds teethe !?

Hi all, I’m a FTM and my son has been very unsettled tonight (he did have his first vaccines two days ago but has been fine and smiling all day).
However, for the last few days he’s been dribbling and started gnawing his hands. On checking his mouth tonight he has what looks like a tooth coming through at the back of his mouth one on each side.
I’ve attached pics of the left side but it’s the same on the right.
Any ideas as I thought back teeth came through last at about a year!

Yes they can do. Mine started teething early
The colder teethers, Calpol and those giraffe teethers helped, but mainly the pain relief.

Also I found these powders helped so much! From 3 months +

i suppose a baby can teethe at any time but I wonder if in this instance it’s an Epstein pearl or a bohns nodule. It would be unusual to get back teeth so early
Epstein pearls are harmless and will go away on their own accord as do bohns nodules

My son had 2 teeth by the time he was 14 weeks, old.

However they are normally the front teeth.

My first born had their first tooth at 6 weeks old, so entirely possible. Some babies are born with teeth.
