7 year old bedtime

Hello!
can I please ask for some examples of young children’s bedtimes/ sleep?
I don’t know if our 7 year old is going to sleep too late.
they will usually fall 9:30pm. But we sit with them. It can be a battle at bedtime. They wake between 7am and 7:30am

Hi, my almost 6 year old goes upstairs about 7 to shower / read books. In bed by 8, usually asleep within 15-20 mins or so once in bed. Latest by 8:30.

Up around 7:30-8am depending if it's a school day or weekend.

My 7 year old goes to sleep about 8:15. We read with him for 30 mins or so first. He’s up around 6:45 though so probably getting the same amount of sleep as yours

I suppose she is getting enough sleep. Would be good if everything bedtime/ wake up time was a bit earlier.

Seven year old here is a lark: in bed at 7:30pm, up at 5:30am.
