How much does your 10 week old drink?
my baby got put on a feeding plan from birth to wake every 3 hours because she was loosing weight then once she got to birth weight we changed to 4 hours and then she started being unsettled (think it’s because I was disturbing her sleep alll the time) so we just let her sleep at night this meant she dropped a bottle to just 5 bottles a day.
now her weight has steadied out but I’ve she’s been having a bottle at day 8am, 12pm, 4pm 8pm then ive been waking her up at 12pm and she’s just not interested in her bottle at 12pm this means that she’s only been having 4 bottles a day total of 600ml.
Ive upped it to 6oz every 3 and half from today but she’s not finished all of them. I don’t know what else to do other than set my alarm to wake her in the night.
She literally never shows us she’s hungry
Shes 9ibs 6 when she got weighed 2 weeks ago.

A quick google suggests a 3 month old should have 4 to 6oz every 4 to 6 hours so I think you are fine. If gaining weight then just go with it. For the last feed of the day I would dream feed rather than waking.

Has she continued to put on weight?

@ParsnipPies I try dream feeding her at the midnight one the other night I stayed awake change her nappy before to wake her slightly and she drank 10ml then was gone to the world 🤦🏼‍♀️ then the past two days I’ve not fed her at midnight and she’s slept all the way through till 7:30 I’m really lucky with her sleep but terrified of her loosing weight again

@GreenPoms at her 6 weeks HV appointment she had dropped a centile from when she was weighed at 4 weeks but it was around that time we stoped waking her up in the night for a bottle so she said we either need to up her bottle or wake her up so we upped her to 5oz and she was having a around 630ml - 700ml a day and her weight 2 weeks after that stayed on same line . Then recently I’ve found it hard to dream feed/wake her up at 11/midnight so she’s still staying around that mark even though the HV said she should be having more now her weight has gone up

She should have around 120 mls of formula per day per kilo of weight.

So 600 ml would be the amount for a 5 kilo baby. The average weight for a 10 week old girl is 4.8 kilos do ot sounds as though she’s getting enough formula and is at the average weight?

@SleafordSods she’s 9ibs 6 which when I google it says 4.25kg. I’m going to weigh her next week myself and see if she’s gaining
