9 month old unusual sleep schedule - anyone else?

He'll sleep for 12 hours (sometimes close to 13) during the night without waking, normally going down to bed about 7-8PM.

Then he'll wake up, have his milk and breakfast and play about for around 3-4 hours.

Then he'll go down for another nap which is normally 2.5-3.5 hours.

Then another 4 hours til bedtime.

I'm not complaining, to be clear...but is this healthy? Most babies this age are still having two naps a day and some are even having three. The long night stretches have been the case since he was four months old but the daytime nap schedule shifting to one nap is a new development.

My just turned 10 month old is having one nap most days. At nine months if it was a busy day then she'd happily stay awake for 6-7hr stretches.

If he's happy then what's the problem? I know that a lot of parents are very into wake windows and schedules but it's honestly all nonsense. Your baby's not going to explode even if he goes a whole day without napping once.

Unusual like you say bit of he’s happy and meeting his milestones I wouldn’t be too concerned.
