Advice? Coparenting and house move

I have been subject to stalking by my children’s father for 8 months at work and at home, looking through my windows etc. I now have police, harbour and my health visitor supporting a move. He is now asking questions about my new address and I’ve told him I will be doing pick ups and collections in public. He is trying to use the children’s wellbeing and that it’s too cold to drop them off in public and it’s better at my home. Do I have to give him my address legally?

Of course you don’t OP, if you do he will just start to harass you in your new home.

Do you have a Non-Molestation Order in place yet avd is there a Child Arrangements Order in place regarding contact with the DC?

No OP, you NEVER have to give him your address. Even courts give the option for you to withhold your address. He will just continue to harass you.

His argument about not doing public handovers in the cold is nuts. Do the children stay at home 24hours a day in Winter like hibernating bears? Do they not go nursery or school in the colder months? Do they not have coats? Just ignore him and continue to protect yourself and your children.
