Sorry in advance long paragraph…

I feel like my 6 weeks old is sleeping too much. I know she’s still a newborn but it seems a bit too much. She’s always been quite a sleepy baby and she lost a bit of weight when she was born due to not waking up for feeding so we got put on a feeding plan of every 3 hours to wake her then went she got to birth weight we started waking her every 4 hours. Then last week I accidentally snoozed my nighttime alarm and she went 7 hours she was fine and was actually in a better mood the next day compared to before when we was waking her she was so unsettled and we don’t know if it was too much milk or due to having to wake her.
Today this is what she’s done so far a

7/8hours at night woke for milk then went back to sleep for about another 4. I do the school run so she’s awake for about hour while I get ready then she sleeps on school run 30 minutes come home gave her a bottle and she’s literally been asleep since 10am it’s been 4 hours since her last milk and she’s still fast asleep. I did get her out of her Moses basket at 12pm cause she woke up was on her play mat about 10 minutes the started crying I put her dummy in then she’s fell asleep for another hour and half.
When she is awake normally when her big sisters is being noisy around her she’s just always showing sleepy cues.
She very rarely shows us hunger cues.

Thats what newborns do.
Drink milk, poop and sleep.

My three DC were like this, they slept 8 hours a night at 8 weeks without a feed and 12 hours at 12 weeks. They were a bit unsettled in the evening and had two feeds close together but other than that they slept a lot.
